- How long does it take to get my product?
Personalized items take 3-4 weeks to ship from our California warehouse. If you want your item rushed, please call our toll free number 1-800-447-0654 ext. 103.
- What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your keepsake, please give us a call at our toll free number 1-800-447-0654 ext. 103 and we will give you instructions on returning your item for an exchange or a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- What type of payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
- Can I make a change or cancel my order?
You can make a change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order by calling our toll free number 1-800-4470-654 ext. 103 and talking to one of our Customer Service Representatives.
- How do I know my online order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email.
- How will my keepsake be shipped?
All products are shipped by USPS First Class Mail. If you prefer to have it shipped faster, or with a tracking number, please call our toll free number and our Customer Service Department will be happy to assist you.
