Personalized items take 3-4 weeks to ship from our California warehouse. If you want your item rushed, please call our toll free number 1-800-447-0654 ext. 103. - What if I am not satisfied with my order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your keepsake, please give us a call at our toll free number 1-800-447-0654 ext. 103 and we will give you instructions on returning your item for an exchange or a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. - What type of payment methods do you accept?
