I also received this as a gift from my doctor. I absolutely love them. I have a shelf in our living room with our children's first professional picture and their bootie in front of their pictures. All of our freinds ask to see them, and they all say how great a gift those booties are. I only wish they had other colors because our newest addition ruins anything pink we put on her...purple is a safe color for her though.

Wonderful keepsake Review by Grandma G

I first discovered the booties in a catalog and ordered 2 for the birth of our 1st grandchild (1 for us and 1 for his parents). I've been ordering them ever since - 9 grandchildren so far. I am now ordering 1 for my godson's 1st baby, a boy. They are so precious just like the babies they are meant to honor.

Got my first one 15 years ago! Review by Anna

I have never written a product review before, but I really felt I had to for this! We received our first baby bootie almost 15 years ago when our daughter was born, from some dear friends. Four years later when we had our son they sent us another one, they were displayed in the babies nurseries until the chidren got older and nurseries turned into 'big kid' rooms, they were hung from our Christmas tree, but always tucked away safely. Yesterday I came across the box one of them had been delivered in and was so happy that I knew where to get one from, I am delighted that this is still available after so many years! Five years ago we were blessed with a baby we didn't think we could have, another little boy, I love these booties so much that today I am ordering one for him too, I think I will find a place to display all three of them. They are just beautiful...Thanks!

We just received this beautiful keepsake in the mail today in honor of our son's birth. It is absolutely gorgeous - and something I can't wait to display. The bonus that's it's from our doctor makes it even more special - for a doctor to send something this nice really shows how much they care!

I'm a sucker for personalized gifts....I've had 3 babies (my last born on December 9th, 2009) and used the same doctor with all my children....Well they USED to give these as gifts and I got my 1st 2 with my boys, youngest born in '07 and now they don't do them anymore and I'm having to order my daughter one cause I love them and I want her to have one too....they are just PRECIOUS....now I haven't seen the girls up close, just pics, but the boys bootie is just cute as a button.

btw, if you have a child with a long name *ie my middle son is Copeland Ryan* they ACTUALLY GOT his WHOLE name on the bootie:)
